Responsibilities
- Drive sales through consultative customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team to optimize store merchandising and inventory
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales data and customer preferences
- Participate in weekend, holiday, and evening shifts as required

Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional off-site sales events
