Responsibilities
- Exceed personal sales targets through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Deliver personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints (in-store, phone, digital)
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide KPIs and seasonal campaigns
- Develop deep product expertise to provide styling recommendations
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years in luxury retail or high-end customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
