Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize bonus potential.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
