Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and assist customers, assessing their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Drive store sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions to maximize the average transaction value.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring proper payment handling and returns.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by following merchandising guidelines and restocking inventory as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's brand image and values through professional appearance and positive customer interactions.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback and product concerns to management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse clientele.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
