Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to maximize sales conversions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate POS systems with 100% accuracy for transactions and inventory
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Participate in product training to maintain comprehensive knowledge
- Contribute to store operations including stock rotation and loss prevention
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for store errands)
