Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards overnight
- Collaborate with night crew to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs
- Ensure store security and safety protocols during off-peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years retail or sales experience with night shift availability
