Responsibilities
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Build lasting client relationships through post-purchase follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain premium store presentation
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on new offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Contribute to team success by sharing market insights and competitor analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven experience in retail or direct sales with documented achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creative approach to client objections
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional store visits
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
