Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Support visual merchandising standards through restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and store sales targets
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new offerings
- Uphold company brand standards in all customer interactions and store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Reliable availability including weekends and holiday seasons
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
