Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences through consultative selling techniques
- Consistently meet/exceed daily and monthly sales KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized follow-up
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Maintain accurate inventory and POS transaction records
- Participate in product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven retail sales experience in high-value product environments
- Demonstrated ability to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
