- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store presentation standards are met
- Collaborate with night shift team to maintain store security and operational efficiency
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong sales orientation with proven upselling abilities
- Available to work flexible evening shifts (typically 5 PM - 1 AM)
- Proficient in POS systems and basic math skills
