Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups
- Consistently meet/exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Stay current on product features and seasonal collections through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and POS technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
