Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and needs-based solutions
- Achieve/exceed daily sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Conduct inventory management tasks including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and coverage
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
