Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising plans to create compelling in-store displays
- Build client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment and loss prevention
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain deep category expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in previous roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
