Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and efficient checkout experience.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products and utilizing upselling techniques to meet daily targets.
- Manage inventory levels and perform daily stock counts, receiving, and organization to maintain optimal visual displays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process returns, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and end-of-day closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of information and inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems and cash registers efficiently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Reliable transportation is required.
