- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain brand aesthetic and product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell complementary products
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Stay current on product knowledge, trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated sales achievements
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail technology platforms
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Impeccable personal presentation and understanding of luxury brand standards
- Valid driver's license required for occasional off-site client appointments
