Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service to build lasting relationships and exceed sales targets
- Expertly merchandise and maintain visual standards across sales floor and displays
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy
- Actively participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales and KPI goals
- Stay current on product knowledge and fashion trends to provide expert recommendations
- Support store operations through opening/closing procedures and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Strong numerical accuracy and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
