Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling store displays
- Collaborate with team to maintain inventory accuracy and stockroom organization
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Contribute to a positive team culture through collaborative problem-solving
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to achieve sales KPIs and build client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Passion for fashion, home goods, or retail industry trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
