Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide goals and operational excellence
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in premium environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory control
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail/fashion preferred
