Responsibilities
- Design and conduct cutting-edge neuro-UX studies using fNIRS and EEG technologies
- Develop predictive emotion-recognition algorithms for AI-driven interfaces
- Create spatial UX frameworks for holographic and AR/VR environments
- Lead cross-functional teams of neuroscientists, AI engineers, and designers
- Establish industry standards for ethical human-AI interaction protocols
- Present findings at global tech conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years experience with neural interface technologies (BCI, EEG)
- Expertise in spatial computing UX principles (AR/VR/MR)
- Published research in affective computing or neuroergonomics
