Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grants annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra and group theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Clearance for DOE quantum research initiatives
