Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
