Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and quantum engineers in Research & Development.
- Optimize neural network algorithms for next-generation quantum hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to integrate quantum APIs into global networks.
- Publish peer-reviewed research papers on quantum advantage in artificial intelligence.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 technology stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on optimization problems.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, tensor operations, and linear algebra.
- Experience leading technical teams and driving project delivery in fast-paced environments.
