Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
- Secure and manage $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of postdoctoral research
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction, variational algorithms, and quantum supremacy demonstrations
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and photonic quantum processors
