Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures.
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present findings at international quantum computing conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development.
- Secure external funding through NSF grants and industry partnerships for advanced quantum projects.
- Stay at the forefront of quantum advancements by collaborating with global research institutions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience.
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures.
- Demonstrated success in publishing high-impact quantum computing research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms including superconducting qubits and ion traps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate quantum concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
