Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 applications
- Develop quantum error-correction algorithms achieving <10^-9 error rates
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security frameworks
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning pipelines
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, topological quantum computing, or photonic systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
