Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures that integrate with existing enterprise systems
- Lead quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing by 2026
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Research and publish breakthrough papers in quantum complexity theory and quantum supremacy

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Proven track record in deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
