Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with error correction protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in prototyping quantum circuits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world industrial deployment
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit stability
- Drive quantum security initiatives for blockchain and AI applications
- Present research at international conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or algorithm design
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and secure government/venture funding
