Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture for the 2026 global infrastructure rollout.
- Lead research initiatives in quantum supremacy and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards for future-proof codebases.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in current systems and architect scalable solutions for the future.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or deep expertise in high-performance computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
