Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, prioritizing projects with exponential potential
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to prototype breakthrough systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, governments, and industry disruptors
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring human-centric outcomes
- Secure and allocate R&D resources ($50M+ annual budget)
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Nexus Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering exponential technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and SDGs
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field or demonstrated equivalent impact
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
