Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls/email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Track sales metrics and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations regarding sales ethics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.
