- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Upsell products and promote current promotions and loyalty programs to maximize basket size.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with computer systems and mobile devices.
