Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Operations: Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, pricing, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and management to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- A valid driver's license is not required but is a plus.
