Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for transaction handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes.
