- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and support inventory management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
