Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average transaction value.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a professional appearance.
