Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting products, up-selling, and cross-selling to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Build and nurture a loyal customer base by following up on inquiries and remembering repeat shoppers' preferences.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
