Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers to ensure loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, and Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
