Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Stock, organize, and visually merchandise products according to brand guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment of sales floor
- Participate in team sales goals through upselling and promotional campaigns
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per policy
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
