Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional rapport with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective team goals.
Qualifications
