Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Demonstrate and sell products effectively, utilizing active listening and needs-based selling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms to company standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
