Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging store displays
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in product training to stay current on new launches and features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
