Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Explain product features and benefits to drive sales and conversions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets to unlock performance bonuses.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to execute store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating commissions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
