Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, determining their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to educate customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach location.
