Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales growth by achieving daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
- Build client relationships through loyalty program enrollment and follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (minimum 15-20 hours/week)
