Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Diego territory through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly understood.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field (internships considered for high performers).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Proven track record of cold calling and generating leads.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
