Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
- Conduct high-impact face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to ensure steady sales flow.
- Close sales, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with new and existing partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Track daily activities and report sales progress using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote/hybrid capacity.
