Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage with new business clients across Detroit metro and Ohio territories
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and competitive intelligence
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Attend weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven outside sales experience with track record of exceeding targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Passion for building long-term client partnerships
- Residency in Detroit, MI or Ohio required
