Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads within the San Diego area.
- Present our premium products/services to potential clients, effectively handling objections and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales scripts and campaign strategies.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
