Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to identify their pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and service over the phone, ensuring a smooth sales process.
- Accurately enter customer data and sales activity into the CRM system in a timely manner.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (recent graduates with strong communication skills will be considered).
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve financial goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
