Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with our target market and service offerings.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with decision-makers to present our solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce) regarding client interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and marketing department to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls and meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (0-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
